Discover Preble 2026

Unleash your inner explorer during the 2026 Discover Preble Scavenger Hunt, hosted by the Preble County Historical Society. Taking place May 1–May 4, 2026 (rain or shine), this countywide adventure invites participants of all ages to explore local businesses, parks, historical landmarks, and other hidden gems throughout Preble County. Game boards can be picked up any day of the event between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. at 7693 Swartsel Road in Eaton. Designed to challenge, excite, and inspire, the scavenger hunt features new locations added each year and offers over $500 in cash prizes. Game boards are $10 each, making it an affordable and fun way to discover the history and community of Preble County.
